ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placesd on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our team at Info@naynascouture.com. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped, in which case our Returns & Exchange policy will apply
